We are seeking an experienced assistant commercial property manager to help with our growing portfolio of office and retail properties across the Tampa Bay area. The position includes ordering and monitoring vendors as well as vendor AR/AP, rent collection, data entry, tenant support, property inspections and other tasks related to our scope of work.
Candidates will have a minimum of 2yrs full time experience in commercial property management working with office and retail properties. Candidates will have strong computer skills with solid experience in Yardi software.
Candidates will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to multi task across clients and properties. We operate in a team environment and the ability to work well in a group is a must.
Also required, strong computer skills, excellent written and spoken english, reliable transport, clean DL and background check as well as verifiable references and job history.
