Small Property Management firm on Chicago's north side looking for a full time administrative assistant to perform the following tasks:
Assist Leasing Agent with lease paperwork
Manage work orders from start to finish
Vendor point person
Manage office supplies
To be considered for the position the candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude and will be able to use a variety of software and platforms. The candidate should also possess strong customer service skills as well as a high work ethic. 4 year college degree required. Office hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.
· Ability to engage with a wide range of people.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite application.
· Experience with Rent Manager a plus.
Position is hourly with a maximum of 40 hours per week. $16/hour. Healthcare is available.
