Asset/Property Management: Multifamily, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, Marketing and Leasing
Millennia Housing Management, Ltd., a successful management company located in the Midwest, is looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager for a wonderful affordable housing community, Seneca Grove, located in Painesville, OH. We desire someone that has experience in Project Based Section 8, Tax Credit (LIHTC), or other subsidies of multi-family low income housing. The Assistant Manager will also lead the property when the Manager is out of the office. This is a full -time position with an excellent benefit package and attractive starting salary (negotiable upon industry experience).

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 yrs. experience in marketing and leasing of apartments, including creation of marketing materials, outreach marketing to community and the ability to close the sale and lease the apartments. Strong math skills are required. This person must be a self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision. This position has a heavy focus on income verification/certification, paperwork and resident relations.
