Plan, implement and monitor the operations of multiple properties, including retail, industrial, office, medical office, multi-family and condominium association.
Be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the physical asset and maximizing the returns from each asset in accordance with the owner’s mission, vision, and objectives.
Understand cash and accrual accounting and provide financial and operations reporting as required by owner, not but less than once each month.
Be responsible for client, tenant and vendor relations
The following attributes are desirable for job success: a minimum of ten years’ experience in managing multiple commercial properties in all asset classes. The desired candidate will be certified as a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) or Real Property Administrator (RPA®). The ideal candidate must have the ability to supervise staff, have accounting and financial reporting experience, ability to communicate effectively, have the ability to problem solve, and the ability to assert yourself and to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with the ability to work with/without direct supervision and the desire to work with an Accredited Management Organization, (AMO®) in a small office environment with a supporting, dedicated and motivated team.
