Professionally manage day-to-day operations, procedures, policies & understanding utilizing all office equipment and software programs.
Administrative support to manager, coordination of reports, analysis of data, problem solving.
Production of reports, spreadsheets, payroll, bulletins, memorandums, correspondence with various parties.
Assist Manager with staff management and supervision.
Prepare and submit payroll.
Maintain delinquency reports, information for collection activities as necessary.
Provide general office support — order supplies, answer phones, file and handle mail.
Coordinate, implement and/or attend meetings as needed.
Manage files and databases.
Create, print, and assemble presentation materials.
Assist with event planning and complete special projects as assigned.
Assist in maintaining organizational cleanliness of office, file room and kitchen.
Take work orders and address Resident Concerns.
Coordinate day to day operations with the Maintenance and Door Staff.
Review Door logs on a daily basis and address any concerns.
Assist in the administration of 448-unit high-rise Condominium. Assist in supervising staff of 25 employees.
Process all maintenance/door staff and track payroll.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders and process bills. Coordinate and supervise smaller misc. building projects.
Respond to resident requests and correspondence. Schedule and coordinate resident repair requests and respond to general correspondence. Compose warning and violations to Owners and prepared supporting documentation to the Hearing Panel, if necessary.
Performed weekly building inspections and follow up on required work for 31 residential floors and 1 commercial floor.
Attended monthly Board of Directors meeting.
Review and approve Unit Owner Construction Applications. Coordinate approval with the Chief Engineer. Obtain Certificates of Insurance, monitor progress of construction projects and prepare final sign off by the Chief Engineer and processed all paperwork.
Obtain regular status reports on all required work from the Building Engineer.
Perform misc. day to day operations.
Compose necessary documents, letters, notices, flyers, etc.
Create excel spreadsheets.
Manage BuildingLink and web-site.
