Our company is focused on nicer residential (single family ) management helping thousands of individual investors and home owners get the most out of their investment. This is a very communication intense and hard sector of property managrement and requires a confident and assertive personality for success.
This position requires hands on day to day involvement of marketing, managing and maintaining a 200 property portfolio. In addition to that the position requires direct oversight of 3-4 additional Property Managers in Columbus Ohio and Cleveland Ohio. In addition you would also be providing leadership and problem solving to Portfolio Managers in 6 additional Eastern Markets from Maryland to Florida.
Candidate must possess an extreme positive attitude.
More that 3 years Management Experience as a Property Manager (time in leasing not counted)
ARM or CPM Canidate or Comparable Experience
Some Ability to Travel Intrastate in Ohio Weekly outside state Bi Annually
Outstanding conflict resolution skills
Ohio Real Estate License within 90 Days of hire
Good understanding of Technology
Experience and knowledge of how to attract, hire and inspire an outstanding team
Strong knowledge of repair costs and time required for repairs for Residential Properties
