Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of apartment Community Manager experience, including managing a staff of at least 5 people, responsibility for a NOI budget more than $1 million, and managing a property of over 250 units.
Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for day to day operations of the property.
Build and manage a strong team of professionals.
Responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, by providing outstanding customer service.
Responsible for creating and managing the annual NOI budget.
Handle financial reporting duties and managing key performance indicators.
Leasing of apartments include overseeing leasing of vacant units, unit turnovers, marketing, lead management, revenue management, monitoring leasing personnel, and training.
