Primary Function: Assists the Senior Vice President in implementing and achieving goals and objectives of a first class 3rd party property management company for commercial properties managed by the firm.
Education: Undergraduate degree preferred, 5+ years of property management experience and either holds or pursuing either CPM, CFM, CSM, CRE, RPA designation or advanced degree

Responsible for maintaining quality assurance and operational consistency with all property owners/clients within assigned market(s)
Demonstrates a broad knowledge of the industry and market
Responsible and accountable for commercial management operations and performance within the market
Leads the day-to-day operations and management team(s) of running the management team in a respective market(s) and attends to routine operational issues
Manages properties directly and able to act as the lead manager on large assignments
Actively participates in the recruitment of managers/support staff with success in hiring and mentoring a team
Promotes cross-selling opportunities for the firm with clients
Able to develop innovative solutions to solve client issues
Generates confidence and respect of clients
Participates in professional and civic activities
Assists in training, mentoring, and coaching of management team and monitoring their performance
Meets regularly with the Senior Vice President to discuss matters pertaining to the operations and well-being of the market
Member of PMLG (Property Management Leadership Group) and recurring monthly calls/meetings
All other tasks and duties as assigned, with dates to be agreed upon.
Proven leader, coach, mentor, driven, self-starter, great attitude, and possess strong communications skills
Energetic and passionate industry professional. Must have superior knowledge of real estate management, building operations, facilities and construction, accounting systems while also possessing technical knowledge of facilities, tenant build-outs, and commercial properties
Advanced computer skills for integrated web-based solutions property management software as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook and ability to effectively operate a desktop computer, I-Pad/tablet and/or smart phone
Must be able to organize and analyze large amounts of information and data for problem solving purposes
Must have extensive experience, knowledge, and understanding of landlord/tenant lease language, leasehold obligations, and financial functions involving Common Area Maintenance billing and recovery analysis
