The job requires multitasking of many small jobs that need to be prioritized effectively. Phone and interpersonal skills, effective communicating, filing and basic understanding of apartment rental market are essential to the position. The job requires the ability to work independently, as well as take direction from Office Manager and business owners.

Working with cloud-based property management software
Evaluating applications from prospective tenants
Managing the advertising of vacancies
Responding to tenant service requests and tenant needs
Scheduling subcontractors that work at various locations
Opening / sorting / coding mail & bills
Light AP and AR
Entering and analysing data in spreadsheets
Filing and maintaining accurate file inventories
Ensuring accuracy of company web site
Processing monthly receipts
Staying in contact with resident managers at various sites
Keeping track of annual building maintenance
Required Work Experience / Computer Skills:
3+ years experience in office/clerical work
CPM / residential property management experience a plus
Expertise in Google Docs, Excel, maintaining documents in organized folder structure
Experience in editing HTML or working with web sites a plus
Additional Salary Information: Medical plan and Profit Sharing plan included.
