Asset/Property Management: Multifamily, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, Marketing and Leasing

CARE Housing is seeking a leader and team player who is committed to a successful career in real estate. Applicants with leadership and property management experience, a proactive attitude and strong customer service skills will be highly considered.
Your responsibilities will include:
Oversight of day-to-day operations the CARE Housing portfolio
Property Management of portfolio of 80-100 units
Setting and monitoring occupancy goals
Conducting compliance audits
Developing standard operating policies and procedures
Managing financial activity of the properties, including rent collection, budget preparation and budget management
Liaising on insurance matters
Supervise property staff to ensure marketing, rent collection and occupancy goals are met
You will need:
ARM/CPM as certified by IREM or CAM as certified by AAMD- or ability to obtain
Strong computer literacy in Microsoft applications
