Seeking property manager for on-site campus asset located in San Diego. Job description includes:
Oversee rent collection/billings Prepare/interpret financial statements/reports. Prepare budgets, and bid analysis. Prepare the calculation of all special billings and CAM's.
Develop, maintain and manage positive vendor, tenant and client relationships. Responds to all problems and concerns and ensures compliance with rules and regulations. Oversee accounts payables.
Responds to tenant needs and coordinates with maintenance staff to resolve problems. Maintains positive relationships and high retention levels with all tenants.
Supervises on-site management employees to ensure optimum performance.
Anticipates and responds to owner’s needs and concerns.
Valid California Real Estate License required. 4-year Degree and Industry Designation a plus. Minimum 5 years previous experience in Real Estate Management. Proven customer service and problem-solving skills. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in MRI and Kardin preferred. Strong financial analysis and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
