Asset/Property Management: Multifamily, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, Marketing and Leasing
Millennia Housing Management Ltd., an industry leading property management company based in the Midwest, is looking for an experienced Property Manager for our property, Highland Place, located in Conneaut, OH. Preference will be given to those who have experience in Project Based Section 8 Housing. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, benefits eligible position with an attractive starting salary.
Processing applications and income certifications
Supervising maintenance and other staff members at the property
Providing management with weekly and monthly financial support
Ensuring that all Section 8 and HUD regulations are adhered to
Marketing property and increasing traffic
Ensuring that the property’s curb appeal is impeccable
Providing excellent customer service
We are looking for a person who has 2-5 years of Project Based Section 8 Housing and LIHTC experience. A COS, TCS or similar industry designation is desired. This role requires strong sales, marketing and math background. People skills are also critical to the success of the Property Manager.
