Goodman Real Estate is currently seeking a Multi-Family Asset Manager to join the team. The Asset Manager works closely with the Executive Leadership team, real estate development, construction, marketing and 3rd party property management companies. Attributes and capabilities that are critical to this position are:
Conduct oversight from an ownership perspective of the property operations including monitoring asset performance against general marketing, budgeted targets, and long-term plans.
High financial acumen/quantitative skills.
Complete annual budgets, monitor expenses, analyze and report trends and variances.
Strong written and verbal skills. A leader with ability to oversee, motivate, and collaborate internally and externally.
Assist in due diligence & underwriting of potential acquisitions.
You like to think outside of the box to come up with smart solutions.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or related field
5 years minimum experience in real estate asset management
Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office programs
Knowledge of Business Intelligence software
