Job Summary:
Perform and provide oversight to a wide variety of supervisory and technical tasks depending on the portfolio composition. Broadly defined functional areas may include lease enforcement, maintenance and building management, property owner and tenant relations, and financial due diligence.

- Experience creating and managing budgets
- Extraordinary customer service skills

- Excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is a must
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Conflict Resolution Skills
- Must be able to review financial statements for accuracy
- The ability to work with a multitude of property owners and effectively manage their assets to their varying expectations
- Ability to promote our management services to new prospective property owners
- AppFolio experience is a plus!
