We are seeking agents with strong market insights and relationships in the commercial real estate market, as we are dedicated to expanding our ownership to be one of the top 5 retail players in the Houston Market.

Responsible for generating a high volume of leasing deals on a consistent basis by identifying new prospects and cultivating growth with national, regional and local tenants for Class A Office and Retail.
Responsible for leasing transactions from the LOI phase, to underwriting a deal, preparing approval packages, working with legal on lease drafting and getting the deal to close;
Develop strategic leasing plans, target hit lists and assumptions specific for each assigned property;
Pursue solution based selling to current and prospective tenants to grow their business,
Provide industry and market information, as well as sub-market analysis as it relates to our business and investments,
Enhance the sales team by updating and sharing ideas and opportunities with fellow teammates.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
5-7 years experience leasing Class A retail and office product
Candidate must be familiar with leasing for a mixed use development.
Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply;
Excellent internal and external customer service;
A current Real Estate Sales License or Broker’s License is preferred;
Strong written, verbal, personal skills; and
Ability to work as a team member with construction, property management, strategy and legal;
