Whitestone is very excited to emerge into a new era as we fulfill our Company mission to acquire high-end mixed used urban community centers in the heart of Houston. We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager with both perseverance and dedication, as well as a strong work ethic and the willingness to take on the rewarding responsibility of a high end, Class A mixed use center.
Continually enhance the customer experience and ensure any client needs are immediately handled and expectations are consistently met;
Build effective relationships with clients on multiple levels to retain and continuously improve our business relationships
Coordinate and implement approved valued added business plans, collaborating with key stakeholders for property events
Effectively manage multiple vendor relationships in regards to maintenance, client and building improvement projects;
Manage P&L and partner with the accounting department regarding budget preparation, CAM reconciliation and vendor invoices; and
Promptly responds to clients’ needs ensuring that services provided are in compliance with Company policies, procedures and regulations.
Skills and Education:
7-10 Years of experience in Class A property management
Bachelor’s degree required;
Effective vendor management skills;
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail;
Multi-task and ability to prioritize heavy workload;
Outstanding customer service skills;
Highly motivated and dependable person;
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and Yardi;
