Asset/Property Management: Multifamily, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, Marketing and Leasing
A successful management company located in the Midwest is looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager. The residential property is located in Columbus, OH. We desire someone that has experience in the housing industry with preference given to those with Project Based Section 8, LIHTC, or other subsidies of multi-family low income housing experience. The Assistant Manager will also lead the property when the Manager is out of the office. This is a full -time position with an excellent benefit package and attractive starting hourly salary.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 yrs. experience in rent determinations, resident relations, marketing and leasing of apartments, including creation of marketing materials, outreach marketing to community and the ability to lease the apartments. Strong math skills are required. This person must be a self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision. This position has a heavy focus on income verification/certification, paperwork and resident relations. Experience with One-Site software is a plus!
