We are expanding our team is seeking a PROPERTY MANAGER to come on staff with experience and desire to succeed.

Oversee a portfolio of industrial properties and office properties, ensuring their maintenance and resolving tenant issues proactively and effectively
Professionally represent BSA, Inc.while adhering to the terms and conditions of the management agreements for the projects.
Accurately, and regularly communicate owners needs with the Account Manager
Prepare and maintain a Property/Tenant Manual for each property managed.
Manage all third-party vendors and outside contractors to ensure properties meet company standards and maintenance agreements- coordinate schedules, monitor completion, and ensure invoicing is quickly handled.
Maintain programs for property interior and exterior, as well as mechanical systems.
Represent and communicate clearly and accurately, in person, over the phone, and in writing the authority of the Property Manager based on legal agreements in effect and BSA, Inc. policies.
Use your service-oriented communication style to cultivate strong relationships with tenants, clients, team, and vendors
Coordinate with our Accounts Manager in office and monitor the financial and business dealings of your portfolio—CAM reconciliations, AR & AP tracking, leasing and insurance coverages, etc.
Conduct weekly meetings with admin on ongoing activities, highlights of BSA, Inc., concerns, and issues within the different properties in portfolio.
Communicate regularly with Senior Manager/Broker on issues related to properties and monthly updates on overall status of portfolio.
Manage CAP EX improvements/ upgrades and tenant improvement projects, and relay details to ownership for approvals prior to project implementation.
Perform regular property inspections and resolve any maintenance issues
If decided more team to be added, screen, hired supervise, mentor and train staff as required including assistant property manager, secretary, cleaning crews, building engineer/staff.
Includes computer work several hours a day, property walks and site visits with Tenants, Vendors, and owners regularly.
At least 3 years’ experience (continuous in one operation) in Property Management and past experience in industrial/ Commercial area
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or Human Resource Management or related discipline
Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
High Attention to detail
Must be able to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and continually heavy work load.
Excellent collaboration skills- working with a team
Stellar written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with great relationship building skills
Advanced Word and Excel proficiencies
Microsoft Outlook, Accounting software such as Appfolio, MRI, Yardi, or Kardin proficiency preferred.
Ability to keep information strictly confidential
Have your own automobile for visits.
