Primarily responsible for assisting the Community Manager in the initiation and management of all core business processes, including but not limited to: leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor relations, selection and recruitment, and team member development. Serve as acting manager in the absence of the Community Manager.
Maintain an excellent customer service program by adhering to the Peak Customer Service Standards.
Collect and accurately post rent and other

Monitor and follow up on bad debt to include preparation of late notices, resident and guarantor contact, and filing of
Process invoices for payment and prepare accounting month-end reports per company policies and procedures.
Assist in interviewing candidates for available property positions and participate in the selection process of new hires, as
Assist Community Manager in conducting new hire orientation, training and other duties associated with
Assist in preparation and processing of all leases and related paperwork for approval by Community
Assist with maintaining key control of occupied and vacant
Participate in property inspections, move-out inspections, and walking unit with new, move-ins.
Assist with supervising maintenance staff in scheduling and, when necessary, directly scheduling property repairs with outside contractors as
Prepare and implement renewal programs to ensure timely delivery of renewal communication, highest resident retention.
Negotiate lease renewals with current residents per approved guidelines.
Assist residents with move-in/move-out process
Process final account statements and security deposit refunds in a timely manner per applicable state law.
Inventory and purchase office
Write up and file services requests from residents upon receipt and take necessary steps to ensure timely response by appropriate
Monitor maintenance service responses to ensure a high degree of resident
Address complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional
Assist with leasing responsibilities to maximize
Assist Community Manager in preparation of weekly and monthly reporting
Participate in the annual budget preparation
Responsible for helping property meet budgeted revenues, expenses, and Net Operating
Represent the company in a professional image and manner.
A minimum of two years multi-family property management experience is
High school diploma or equivalent required
A four-year college degree or extensive experience in multi-family property management preferred
Previous experience with core property management operating system preferred.
Ability to read and write English fluently
Ability to perform intermediate mathematical functions
Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
Position requires ability to work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year
Due to property staffing limitations, position requires that individual be able to work scheduled hours on a consistent basis and, if necessary, overtime hours when requested
