We are an established property management company looking for a Regional Manager to oversee management of Multi-Family Residential (some with Rent Control), HOA's, Co-ops and Commercial properties. Real estate license is preferred.
This is a full time management position that will include supervision of property managers and portfolio managers as well as business development. Job duties and tasks include:
Communication via telephone, email and in person Board of Directors, property owners and other service providers
Review of board meeting packages and documents
Analysis of monthly financial reports
Advising and assisting Board of Directors in problem solving of community matters
Scheduling, coordinating and interacting with vendors
Emergency On Call for the specific portfolio of properties
Possession of the following attributes or skills is important:
Work effectively in a team/cooperative environment
Provide superior customer service
Ability to multi-task
Possess thorough organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Yardi
Management and supervisory experience
