Administer the daily operation of a portfolio of community associations. Conduct business in a courteous, organized, and timely fashion and project the best possible image of the Management Company as a friendly, service-oriented company.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to Homeowner complaints, questions and suggestions.
Interacts with board members, homeowners, contractors, city officials, and others conducting business with or on behalf of the Association.
Prepare notice of meetings and agenda, as requested by the Board. Attend all required meetings.
Provide advice and recommendations to the Board of Directors consistent with the Management Agreement, governing documents, and applicable laws.
Soliciting proposals as required from licensed and insured contractors. Reviews proposals against specifications, checks references & Certificates of Insurance. Coordinate the work of contractors.
Review and approve all bills. Research discrepancies.
Establish and maintain records for assigned Associations.
Reviews and analyzes monthly financial reports.
Prepares the annual budget draft with documentation.
Review delinquency report and follow-up on collections matters.
Prepares Paid Assessment Letters and coordinates closings for Homeowners.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Community Association Management.
Illinois Community Association License.
Excellent oral/written communications skills.
Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
Reliable transportation to visit associations and attend meetings. Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
