Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the physical asset in accordance with the Company's mission, vision, and objectives. Assist the Chief Engineer with maintaining in maintaining the operation and maintenance of the building (s) mechanical systems, whether directly or by overseeing contracted vendors: HVAC, fire safety, plumbing, electrical, etc.
Reports to Chief Engineer
Works with all on-site personnel at property.
Maintains relationships with peers and all other departments within the company.
Maintains relationships with suppliers, vendors, and others serving the Company or the property.

Maintaining the physical asset—
Assures adherence to specifications (contractual; operations manual).
Conducts formal site inspections of building interior and exterior.
Makes recommendations for physical repairs and/or replacements.
Ensures observance of safety regulations.
Assist the Chief Engineer —
Daily inspections of operations and equipment.
Both preventative and corrective maintenance work as included in this responsibility.
Provides emergency response services in the event of equipment or system failure.

Ensures property files and records are maintained as needed.
On Call every other weekend.

High School Diploma or equivalence
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
