Legacy Varin is seeking a Residential Property Manager to manage affordable rental properties located in Southern, Wisconsin. The successful candidate must be a strong leader with extensive understanding of affordable housing, recertification and compliance. In this leadership role, you will hire, manage, and develop the success of the entire team including business, leasing and maintenance staff.
*Salary based on experience, Occupancy Bonus, Rental commissions, Lease renewal Commissions, and year- end discretionary bonus.

Attend to the needs of the residents, potential residents and associates
Inspect site grounds and vacant units
Recruit, hire, train and motivate staff
Maximize income control expenditures and maintain financial objectives
Develop and manage operational budgets
Manage day-to-day operations
Strong communication and organization skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet goals and objectives
Ideal candidates will have:
Minimum 2 years experience with Affordable Housing
Minimum 2 years Residential Property Management experience
Yardi software preferred
Ability to work well with vendors
Exemplary customer service and problem solving capabilities
Successful track record in marketing and leasing to maintain occupancy
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
