McKee Commercial is an established and rapidly growing commercial real estate property management and leasing firm that is looking for the right career motivated individual to help us continue our growth!
Provide 3rd party property management primarily office and retail properties within San Diego County.
Primary point of contact for all Property Management, Maintenance, and Construction Oversight related matters
Perform property inspections including buildings, grounds, interiors, and all other facilities.
Coordinate with vendors for appropriate maintenance, repair and improvement of the property.
Meet with prospective tenants to tour available properties when needed.
Draft and review lease and other legal documents
Photographing maintenance issues and uploading photos to company’s electronic file system.
Monitor and responsible for overseeing delinquencies within portfolio
Photographing maintenance issues and uploading photos to company’s electronic file system
Prepare preventative maintenance recommendations for owners
Provide and summarize bids for contracted services & maintenance projects
Oversight of tenant improvement projects
New Vendor account Setup - Required company vendor packet and proper insurance in place Vendor invoice review and approval.
Perform Rent Ready Inspections prior to marketing for next tenant
Process Lease assignment Requests – Includes overseeing the application for new tenant, ensuring all paperwork has been received and lease Assignment Fees have been paid
Oversee tenant security deposit dispositions.
Send files to eviction and oversee the eviction process when necessary.
2 Weeks paid vacation per year increasing with tenure with the company

Must have active CA Real Estate Sales Person or Broker's License
4+ Years experience as a Commercial Property Manager
Hours: Full-time, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday – Friday.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Must have experience preparing annual budgets and performing operating expense reconciliations.

I joined McKee Company in 2010 as a Regional Supervisor for the company's residential division, McKee Properties. It was a great relationship with the family owned company right from the start!
In May 2013, I created from scratch our firm's commercial real estate division, McKee Commercial. Each year, we have exponentially grown our division primarily by hard work, loyal client relationships and referrals.
