Establish a robust pipeline of 3rd party property management opportunities for a tech forward property management company.
Own the takeover process and assume operational control of the asset after close.
Drive success by providing leadership and innovative strategies to teammates on the 3rd party business development team.
As we grow, build a team that ensures sustainable growth.
Promote operational efficiencies by monitoring and providing training on property management software platforms (Resman, Coupa, etc).
Develop operating budgets annually, forecasting rental income, revenues, operating expenses, and capital projects.
Provide operational support and training to Property Managers with regular reviews / reports on operating / capital financials, occupancy forecasts, and other relevant business activities.
Communicate regularly with leadership in developing new and innovative best practices and company competitions.
Work with Regional Maintenance Directors to establish vendor relationships and pricing, execute preventative maintenance plans, and train maintenance teammates on cost mitigation and work order response.
At least 5 years of 3rd party property management experience with deep owner relationships

Bachelor’s degree from 4-year accredited university required.
