Communications - Detail oriented; highly organized; team player. Communicate with General Manager and established chain of command regarding daily workflow, operations; document all required information in a clear, legible, timely, concise and accurate manner.

Administrative - Self Motivated. Responsible for assisting the General Manager (GM) in executing "Five-Star" service excellence to the community's residents.
Technical - Event Coordination. Responsible for the implementation, delivery, and coordination for the overall activity programs, as well as building and maintaining effective relationships with residents within the community. Must be able to multi-task.
Professional - Ability to communicate company vision effectively and consistently. Is customer focused with excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills and has a "can do" attitude.
Analytical – Must understand and adopt all community management tools daily to enhance the lifestyle of every resident.
Leadership – Seek to participate in effective approaches and training to enhance job skills; seek opportunities to mentor new staff; ability to recognize unsafe behaviors, situations, and environments to maintain the safety and well-being of persons receiving services, staff and community members.
Utilize social media to marketing and advertise the events and community.
Strategize and implement marketing initiatives to lease 301 apartments.
Assist with the planning, organizing, and implementing of resident initiatives and activities in accordance with fair housing laws and regulations.
Responds and documents resident concerns and complaints in a timely manner before escalation to management.
Documents and maintains daily activity logs of all lobbies and reports back to management for review and action if needed
Assists maintenance team by accurately imputing work orders for service requests in a timely manner; follows up with both maintenance personnel and resident at completion.
Assist with the needs assessments and surveys conducted by the community.
Assist leasing and other departments as directed by General Manager.
Promotes timely and honest communication with families in order to promote good relationships and keep them informed about community events, i.e. activities programs.
Ensures each new resident makes a happy, healthy transition to the community.
Arranges for a variety of social opportunities suitable for the elderly population to enhance social interaction and create the ambiance that will promote our Ensemble Senior Living Apartments.
Provide marketing support within the community by participating in tours and discussions with potential residents and their families.
Arranges for appropriate spiritual activities as reflected by resident preferences.
Plan and post a varied monthly community activity calendar based on standards according to General Manager’s standards.
Encourages all residents to participate in some or all of activities. Maintain records of resident attendance and annually updated resident activity assessments.
Works to arrange for a variety of entertainment to be brought to the community for the entertainment of the residents.
Arranges for a variety of exercise opportunities suitable for the elderly population to enhance social interaction.
May work extended hours and weekends based on activity requirements or as necessary to fill shifts in times of demand.
Keeps sufficient activity program and craft supplies on hand for in-house entertainment.
Is fully knowledgeable of the fire evacuation and disaster policy of the community and participates as assigned in fire and disaster drills.
Demonstrates an understanding of compliance and ethics program policies and procedures;
Typical hours will be on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and/or Sunday. This will be directed by social activity calendar and any marketing events assigned by General Manager.

High School or GED, one-year related experience and/or training preferred to leasing multi-family apartments, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience planning, organizing and hosting events/activities preferred; and/or two years ‘minimum environment experience working in customer service, marketing, and/or community relations.
Must possess valid Texas Drivers' License and have dependable/reliable transportation.
Able to work independently and as a team and prioritizes daily workload efficiently and professionally.
Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirement or as necessary to fill shifts in times of demand.
Receptive to receiving constructive feedback regarding personal performance for personal professional development.
Must work effectively with co-workers, residents and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; listens to and objectively considers ideas and suggestions; keeps commitments and keeps others well informed of work progress, timetables and issues; address' problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solution; address' others by name, title or other respectful identifier.
Must be flexible in work schedule which may include AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays.
Command of information system hardware/software is preferred, including ADP.
Must have weekend availability and be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to maximize activity offerings to community residents.
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations (Preferred).
