As the Commercial Real Estate & Property Manager you will:
Through direct reports, oversee all space allocation activities and office moves across Sheppard Pratt.
Assist with the planning, reviewing and coordination of all Sheppard Pratt commercial real estate.
Manage and negotiate leases for Sheppard Pratt commercial properties.
Work requires broad knowledge of real estate management including leasing and space allocation. Active commercial real estate license a plus.
Bachelor's degree in commercial real estate, engineering or related field plus 3-5 years of related experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role; an AA degree in or related field plus at least 5 years of related experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role; or a high school diploma/GED plus at least 7 years of related experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role.
Frequent travel across the state to various Sheppard Pratt locations.
