Our Business Development & Sales Manager role is responsible for generating revenue within our Multifamily (apartment communities) and Commercial (corporate properties) management and maintenance divisions. As we grow, you may have the opportunity to build other divisions as well — like single-family, mixed-use, and association management divisions. You’ll need to get out there, pound pavement, meet people. Do so safely face-to-face until this pandemic is over, or via phone or video calls. We don’t care “How” you do it, only that you do your work with a fire in the belly and integrity in all you do. Identify trends and needs. Develop strategies. Coordinate and implement marketing. Set and achieve your goals. The bar is set at you becoming the premier expert and go-to professional in the Central Virginia multifamily and commercial real estate market. Set your sights on that bar, then exceed it. To succeed, you will need to be a self-starter, taking the lead in development of proposals and presentations for new business. Set your course and we’ll give you all the support you need — our proven successes and processes, materials, and contacts for you to pursue and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
