Key Responsibilities • Oversee all day-to-day aspects of community association portfolio • Attend Quarterly or as needed meetings with Board of Directors (after-hours may be required) • Attend Annual Meeting or Special Meetings with entire association (after-hours may be required) • Complete quarterly property inspections with photos/suggestions • Attend Spring Inspection of communities with entire board of directors • Phone calls & emails as necessary with owners, Board member or vendors • Solicit and negotiate contracts for maintenance and improvements • Review and recommend insurance requirements • Review and recommend association policy resolutions • Liaison between owners and board of directors • Schedule and draft annual meeting notices • Keep current roster of all owners and send welcome packets to new owners • Enter all community bills • Enter all community payments • Review monthly financial report provided by Director of Operations and send to Board • Upload monthly financial reports to owners after 10th of month • Process closing questionaires for sales or refinance
• Has at least 3 years’ experience in property management industry and has obtained CPM® Designation • Has or will obtain CMCA® Designation after 5 years’ experience as required
