Property Manager

Keene Housing is seeking an experienced, full time Property Manager to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.   Responsibilities include managing the leasing and day-to-day oversight of multiple affordable housing properties assisted through HUD’s Multi-Family and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit financed properties; occupancy and compliance reporting to multiple funding sources; assisting residents in maintaining their tenancies; and effectively promoting Keene Housing’s efforts to promote resident self-sufficiency and to build healthy communities.

Successful candidate will be well organized, customer service oriented, able to manage deadlines and multiple priorities; demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills; demonstrate advanced computer skills; able to work independently and succeed in a cross departmental team.
