Long-established real estate investment firm based in Ventura County, CA with properties in southern California and Nevada is offering a position based at the headquarters that supports the Asset Management team for a portfolio of apartment communities and commercial properties.
Duties include assisting with operations, managing delinquencies, monitoring accounting, report preparation, market surveys, property inspections, managing vendors, working with budgets and other property support duties.
A position with exposure to many elements of the industry, with growth opportunity. The ideal candidate is a strong critical thinker with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, highly organized, a positive attitude and who is results-oriented.
