Under the mission of DOLA, the Division of Housing (DOH), this position will oversee and implement the contracting of the Division’s grant and loan awards.  This position will research, develop, and implement Division’s policies on grant/loan contracting and present to the affordable housing community, including government officials, housing developers, and property owners.  This position will be an expert on real estate documents including subordination agreements, promissory notes, deeds of trust, use covenants, and regulatory agreements.  This position will also review housing development specialist underwriting of grants and loans and provides expert assessment of implications for the division’s contracts.  This position will manage the contracts team staff which includes ful
