Responsible for the oversight, operations and financials of a portfolio of properties.  Oversees the implementation of the Company's goals, objectives and policies working to enhance profitability of the portfolio.  Provide leadership to a staff of residential property managers, property coordinators, leasing agents and site maintenance staff.  Must be familiar with properties assigned to and have a strong understanding and working knowledge of financials. Position is based at The Hamilton Company Head Office.  Must routinely travel to properties and cover for property managers.  Full time, permanent.  Available immediately.
