The County of Riverside's Transportation Department has an opportunity for a Senior Real Property Agent to join their Capital Projects Survey Division. This position will be focused on eminent domain transactions, condemnation proceedings, and project management. The incumbent will act as a lead over complex acquisitions for rights-of-way on capital improvement projects related to the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and other large scale projects involving title matters and relocation assistance. Other duties will include appearing before the Board of Supervisors as an expert witness; appraising and negotiating the sale or revenue leasing of surplus property; researching and preparing technical reports; and performing feasibility studies.
