The County of Riverside's Transportation Department has an opportunity for a Senior Real Property Agent to join their Capital Projects Survey Division. The Sr Real Property Agent will join a fast-growing team that is focused on eminent domain transactions, condemnation proceedings, and project management for The Riverside County Transportation Department. The incumbent will act as a functional lead over complex acquisitions for rights-of-way on capital improvement projects related to the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and other large scale projects involving title matters and relocation assistance.
