The County of Riverside's Department of Facilities Management has an opportunity for a Supervising Real Property Agent that will be assigned to the Real Estate Division Located in Riverside.   The Supervising Real Property Agent will supervise the work of professional Real Property Agents who will be involved with real property acquisitions, disposition of County real property, leasing, tenant improvement projects, related agreements, and administration of property management.  The incumbent will negotiate difficult agreements for the acquisition, lease or use of real property, and perform analysis of land acquisitions and related aspects of real estate transactions.
