The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in managing all aspects of the Commercial Portfolio. The Assistant Property manager is responsible for systematic inventory of commercial lease documents, information, and terms; compiling and coordinating information on new, renewal, modified, extended, or terminated leases, and all other relevant leasing terms and conditions.  Essential Functions include but are not limited to: Address tenant maintenance request in a timely manner. Coordination with all vendors to address request and follow up to confirm completion. Regular property inspections with reporting of recommended or needed maintenance items.
