Assistant Compliance Manager for Section 42 Affordable Housing
This position will directly assist the Compliance Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Compliance Department. This position will consist of completing eligibility determinations for all applicants/residents for Horizon properties as well as third-party Compliance Only contracts. Complete necessary reports and perform all functions of Horizon Management Services - Compliance Department, as determined by Federal Regulations, Land Use Restriction Agreements, and Property Management Contracts and as directed leadership.
