Commercial and Residential Management Group is seeking a Commercial Portfolio Manager to join the Commercial Team. As the Commercial Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the appearance, inventory, cleanliness, maintenance, and profitability of the portfolio, meeting and exceeding the expectations of the owners, and keeping within company policies. You will also be the key point of contact for owners and will be building and maintaining strong relationships as measured by the retention, profitability, and tenant satisfaction. The portfolio consists of retail, office, and light industrial properties located in the Portland Metro area.
