Facilities Clerk
As the Facilities Clerk for a major corporate client in New York City, you will oversee mailroom and package operations and assist with facilities management tasks such as furniture moves, kitchen and break room management, ordering supplies and materials, and interfacing with outside vendors. You are enthusiastic and customer service focused. You are an organized individual who will keep the office organized and on track; as well as, manage and meet tight deadlines with ongoing facilities management projects. What you bring: Experience with project coordination and office administration. 1-2 year of progressive administrative experience. Experience processing invoices. Strong communication skills.
