Management Coordinator
This position will be our Receivables Department Coordinator and will need to report to the Lynnwood Office daily. The duties will be, working with our vendors, obtaining and submitting our payables invoices, assisting with internal training and review, assisting managers/senior leaders in various tasks and special projects, mail and bank runs, as well as assisting in any other administrative tasks that may need attention, including but not limited to, taking notes in manager meetings, support needs, coordinating events, etc. JOB DESCRIPTIONEnsures that the office facilities are in working condition, including, telephone and voice mail systems, fax machines, office equipment, temperature, A/C or heat, lighting, and other office systems, by contacting vendo
