Working closely with the Community Manager and Regional Property Manager, this role is responsible for the rehabilitation / renovation / capital improvement projects for a single community ensuring all projects are on time and within budget. Coordinates with Construction Services management as necessary. JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsible for renovating units which could include, but is not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, repairs, cleaning and painting.  Develops contract renovation schedules, monitors progress, and holds contractors accountable to strict production schedules. Orders project related materials within budget guidelines; maintaining accurate documentation of each ordered item.  Maintain constant communicati
