RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direction of the System Director for Real Estate, the Director of Property Management Services will oversee the management of Main Line Health's diverse portfolio, which includes Medical Office Buildings (MOBs), Health Centers, third-party leased spaces and MLHC off-site locations.
Establish and ensure adherence to systemwide standardized processes for tenant relations and building operations across all properties mentioned above.
Collaborate with Hospital Administration, Facilities Management, Planning and Finance to develop space utilization strategies that support the system’s health care mission.
Integrate technology, engage community members and align with strategic business objectives to create roadmaps and initiatives that meet compliance effectiveness standards and that support Main Line Health's overall culture of compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor’s is preferred or comparable work experience.
Certification in Facility Management or Property Management is preferred.
More than 10 years of experience in property management is required, preferably in health care.
More than 5 years of management/supervisory experience.
Legal knowledge of leasing terms and documentation.
Knowledge of The Joint Commission and Environment of Care standards is strongly preferred.
