Operations Specialist - Affordable Housing
This role is responsible for overseeing the affordable housing program for a region and ensuring regulatory compliance of all rules and regulations set forth by state and local regulatory agencies for multiple clients and communities. This role will participate in the development of centralized services including but not limited to the annual recertification process. JOB DESCRIPTIONThis position will focus on MFTE compliance and providing support to our affordable properties as part of our regional operations team. MFTE experience is required; ARCH experience preferred.Reviews, monitors, and ensures property compliance with all Affordable Housing Programs reporting and regulations.
