Property Manager
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced onsite Property Manager to oversee the maintenance and management of a private estate located in Rural Southwest Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems, pool maintenance, and landscaping, with the ability to manage extensive acreage (800), seven (7) buildings and a private runway. This role will involve overseeing and managing a small team of staff, managing an annual budget of $1.5 million, and working closely with a family office to ensure seamless operation of the property.
