Associate Director Property Manager
We are seeking a committed and ambitious Property Manager to oversee a property with 150 units of affordable housing. The position will manage part of the team responsible for a community of senior housing in Newton and will report up to the Deputy Chief Nahanton Campus. The duties and responsibilities will include: Supervise and assist compliance staff in activities including but not limited to completing recertifications, completing AMR/MOR audits and qualifying applicants for new occupancy; Supervise office staff responsible for invoices, receivables, office supplies and vendor management; Collaborate with maintenance to ensure efficient completion of apartment turnovers and work orders; Develop and monitor
