About the Opportunity: This is a newly created position that will report directly to the SVP, Internal Reporting, and indirectly to the Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer Opportunity Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA or equivalent. Minimum 6-8 years in increasing accounting and management experience. Minimum of 2-3 years of Big 4 audit experience required and 3-4 years of commercial real estate. Minimum of 2 years working with publicly traded companies and/or REITs. Strong leadership presence and people management skills.
