A growing property management organization is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential communities. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for residents, vendors, and internal stakeholders while ensuring property performance, compliance, and resident satisfaction remain top priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day property operations including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination
Manage leasing efforts by marketing vacancies, conducting tours, and processing applications
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, Section 8, LIHTC, and all applicable regulations
Maintain accurate records, reporting, and tenant data using property management systems (Yardi, OneSite, or similar)
Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained
Address resident concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards
Prepare leases, reports, and other administrative documentation
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents through strong communication and service
Identify opportunities to enhance resident experience and property performance
Qualifications:
3+ years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing
Strong knowledge of LIHTC and/or Section 8 programs
Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar property management systems
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
Strong organizational and administrative abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Experience overseeing maintenance operations is a plus
